The Fare Collections Supervisor maintains and ensures the collection of all Metro Transit bus cash fare revenue and revenue-ridership data, including the direct supervision of Vault Pullers.Education/Experience Requirements: Completed education (in business management, operations management, or closely related field) and experience in business management, operations management, transit/public safety or closely related areas with at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience: •High school diploma/GED with six years of experience.•Associate degree with four years of experience.•Bachelor's degree or higher with two years of experience.Licensure Requirement: •Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Physical Requirements: Position has vision requirements (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus). Position is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to climb or balance.
