The Team
The goal of the Marketing & Communications team is to raise Alight’s brand awareness and differentiate Alight in the eyes of our customers, partners, and funders.
You’re joining a small but mighty team of marketing and communications professionals that are looking to share Alight’s story with the world.
The Role
Based in your chosen location, you’ll be guided by and receive support from the Marketing & Communications Director. Simply put, you are a great writer and storyteller, comfortable working across a range of mediums, from long-form blog posts to punchy campaign copy to concise press releases. This role will help shape Alight’s voice and presence in the world.
You’ll know you’re doing well if the stories you write about Alight’s work and people inspire external audiences.
Responsibilities
Lead Alight’s storytelling across multiple channels.
Lead editorial content strategy and planning.
Act as the liaison between the Marketing & Communications team and Alight’s public speakers.
Lean into the things you love and spark your interest.
Note : Given the nature of Alight’s work, sometimes it’s ALL HANDS ON DECK.
Anticipated travel – 10 % (domestic & international)

Salary range : $75,000-$85,000
