Based in Minnesota, TFP has successfully partnered with families and individuals to remove barriers and clear the path to success for those who have experienced deep poverty and trauma.
In this role, the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for fulfilling TFP's mission and vision and will provide strategic oversight of its administrative, financial, and programmatic operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of senior-level management experience and at least 5 years of non-profit management. Candidates must bring proven leadership experience and an ability to build strong community partnerships.
