Director of Development & CommunicationsICA (Intercongregation Communities Association) full-service community support 501(c)3 organization in Minnetonka MN. Founded in 1971, our mission is to create a healthy and stable community for all by providing food, jobs and housing support.We have an immediate opening for an experienced development professional to be Director of Development & Communications.This role is critical to ICA’s success, playing a key role to ensure financial sustainability and the success of our programs and services in the community.As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing our annual development plan, managing & growing relationships with individual, corporate and community donors, and leading & developing staff.Successful candidates will have a BA in nonprofit management or business administration, minimum 10 years nonprofit development experience, and a passion for helping others.This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
