- Assists in determining if product meets customer specifications
- Provides raw product analysis
- Completes grading of finished product
- Performs moisture and sulfate analysis
- Performs microbiological testing
- Interprets and documents testing results
- Responsible for documentation
- Inspecting and swabbing various equipment
- Training and coaching new employees
- Communicate product/safety concerns to QA Manager
- Communicate with office staff, management and plant personnel on a regular basis
- Follows and enforces company policies and procedures
- This position will work in QA capacity as needed
- Ability to complete data entry into a computer program
A two-year science degree or related field recommended, and previous lab or QA experience is preferred. A combination of experience and education may be considered.
