MMCAP Infuse (https://infuse-mn.gov) is free, voluntary group purchasing organization (GPO) operated and managed by the Office of State Procurement (OSP) of the State of Minnesota's Department of Administration for government healthcare facilities. MMCAP Infuse's primary function is to provide a full range of pharmaceuticals to its participating facilities. It also has contracts for vials and containers, medical supplies, drug testing, returned goods processing, influenza vaccine, dental products and services, and dozens of new lines of businesses.
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to manage and coordinate legal documents and contracts for MMCAP Infuse. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
This position is eligible for a hybrid telework arrangement. With a telework arrangement, onsite attendance will be required for team members or as requested by management to meet business needs. Completion of a telework agreement will be required. Please review the Telework Policy for details.

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to manage and coordinate legal documents and contracts for MMCAP Infuse. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring timely execution of legal documents;
- Tracking, cataloging, and maintaining important details of all legal documents;
- Proofreading and catching/fixing errors before documents go out for signatures;
- Assisting in data practice requests;
- Notifying various stakeholders of important milestones within each agreement; and
- Enforcing data retention and other policies.

Minimum Qualifications
The following qualifications are required of all applicants seeking consideration for this position. Only applicants whose application materials clearly demonstrate fulfillment of each of these minimum qualifications will be considered for the position.
- Two (2) years of experience working with legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- A Paralegal degree (Bachelor's) may substitute for one (1) year of experience.
- A Paralegal degree (Associate's) may substitute for six (6) months of experience.
- Experience and understanding of legal terminology to review, proofread, and format legal documents or contracts for content and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Strong communication, human relations, and diplomacy skills to work with stakeholders, members, wholesalers, and other distribution professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in achieving program efficiency and contract compliance.
- Ability to develop, process, and conduct an assessment of program activities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume and high-impact work.
- Strong computing skills that include Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams), DocuSign, Adobe, etc.
- Paralegal degree or experience.
- Degree or certification demonstrating a deep understanding of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products, practices, usages, and nomenclature (i.e., Pharmacy Technician or equivalent).
- Experience in Group Purchasing Organizations.
- Experience with a pharmaceutical or medical supply company or healthcare insurance.
- Public sector experience, ideally in a state government agency setting.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or medical supply industry sufficient to establish appropriate levels of testing, and ensure the quality of data load processes, dashboards, reports, extracts, and data/report delivery mechanisms.
