We serve the needs of state employees and agencies through full-service workers' compensation insurance, including disability management, return-to-work, and legal services. We also provide safety, loss control, risk, and insurance management consulting services to state agencies.
In this position, you will serve as the lead business and system analyst for Admin’s RMD. You will manage the risk management information systems (RMIS) including:

In this position, you will serve as the lead business and system analyst for Admin’s RMD. You will manage the risk management information systems (RMIS) including:
- Ensuring stable operation of RMIS, including successful interfaces with partner and enterprise systems.
- Controlling authorized RMIS users.
- Managing and overseeing RMIS updates and upgrades.
- Identifying and resolving reported RMIS issues.
- Inspecting and ensuring RMIS data integrity and quality.
- Continuously improving RMIS related business processes.
- Developing and providing RMIS user training.
- Contributing to the team that is producing RMIS data analytics, dashboards, and reports.
Minimum Qualifications
The following qualifications are required of all applicants seeking consideration for this position. Only applicants whose application materials clearly demonstrate fulfillment of each of these minimum qualifications will be considered for the position.
- Three (3) years of relevant experience demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of computer systems, data analytics, and reporting.
- A Bachelor's degree in risk management/insurance, computer science/management information science, business data analytics, business, or closely related field of study may be substituted for one (1) year of experience as described.
- Experience managing data systems and their users.
- Demonstrated experience with software troubleshooting and quality assurance testing methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with special emphasis on data analysis, data reporting, data visualization, project management, and training (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Schedule, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics, data reporting, and extracting data from various sources to create ad hoc reports.
- Human relations and communication skills sufficient to build relationships and convey complex information to a variety of audiences with differing levels of technical knowledge.
- Project management skills, including time management, cost containment, prioritization, and problem-solving.
- Experience delivering user training in-person and/or virtually.
- Bachelor's degree in risk management/insurance, computer science/management information science, business data analytics, business, or closely related field.
- Experience navigating complex data flows (retrieval, manipulation, and delivery) from multiple disparate sources to develop comprehensive test cases and supporting test data.
- Training on and experience with continuous improvement strategies.
- Experience in SQL scripting, SSRS, SSIS, ETL, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or other reporting tools.
- Experience in developing procedural documentation, creating user manuals, or other related technical writing.
- Experience working in property and casualty insurance or workers' compensation.
- Knowledgeable in statistics with ability to develop basic statistical modeling and interpret and communicate results.
