The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides comprehensive services to 740 civilly committed clients. Services include sex offense specific treatment, education programming, therapeutic recreation, vocational programming and volunteer services, and health and wellness.

Join our team in St. Peter, MN, for a unique and rewarding career opportunity! We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual to fill the role of Licensed Practical Nurse- Clinic Nurse. As the Clinic Nurse you will partner with the direct care practitioners of primary care services to extend quality care to our clients.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Gathering vitals, questionnaires, consent forms and other client health data at the beginning of visits
  • Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical records system
  • Providing assistance with minor procedures
  • Triage of clinical requests and management of client flow
  • Assist with medication administration

Minimum Qualifications

To be further considered applicants must meet the following qualifications listed below:

  • Graduation from an approved school of nursing
  • Current licensure in Minnesota as a Practical Nurse

Direct Care & Treatment (DCT) healthcare facilities require employees to provide documentation that they are free from tuberculosis (TB) through a blood test prior to employment. DCT does not accept TB skin testing.
