Job Description**
We are seeking a Senior Engineer/engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to the success of our bridge and highway construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will assist in providing supervision and technical support to contract administration personnel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and approve contractor's work to ensure compliance with project specifications and plans.
- Negotiate contract changes to prevent project delays and ensure timely payment processing.
- Exercise supervisory authority to administer labor agreements and plans, ensuring employees effectively perform their job duties and meet project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Construction Engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or currently enrolled in the final term, graduating by June 2025.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
