- Align the needs and priorities of the agency with its workforce.
- Manage and implement the agency's Strategic Workforce Management Plan.
- Develop and manage metrics and reporting mechanisms in support of workforce planning and management, and strategic staffing.
- Develop and implement agency programs for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), trades career exploration and outreach, and the overall employee experience.
- Supervise a team of three professionals.
