This position provides technical and administrative support for the Minnesota Veterans Home, Luverne - Human Resources in the areas of transaction processing, recruitment and staffing (personnel data tracking, recruiting, hiring, conducting new employee orientation, benefits communication). This position will have access to bargaining materials as defined in M.S 13.37, Subd.1c and will assist in the research and data compilation for bargaining data and positions.
This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule.

Two (2) years of human resources (HR) experience that includes at least two of the following:
- Processing data in an HR data management system or electronic applicant tracking system sufficient to maintain accurate records
- HR reporting sufficient to create, modify, and run electronic reports
- Maintaining HR records such as personnel, hiring, training and medical files
- Advising managers, supervisors, and/or employees on various HR inquiries
