Responsibilities Generate new service contracts via cold calling, customer and mechanic referrals, targeted marketing initiatives, and data made available by cities and states within the respective marketBuild and maintain prospect database of viable service contracts detailing types of elevators, current service provider, contract length, and competitor analysis within the territoryIdentify new service contract potential within existing branch territories and potential new branch territoriesWork with local AHJs to gain access to additional elevator data (cities, governmental departments)Effectively manage service opportunities within MEIs CRM and Service Quoting ToolsUnderstand MEIs service contract offerings and conditions, and develop an approach to effectively present the appropriate contract to potential customersThoroughly understand and peruse targeted customers and contract types based historical branch performance and successDevelop and maintain business plan strategies and communicate monthly progress updatesMeet and exceed specified sales and growth targets to expand service baseCoordinate and collaborate with local branch representatives to understand equipment and field capabilitiesCooperate with local branch representatives to efficiently onboard new service accounts and transition customer relationships to appropriate Account ManagersExecute additional tasks as needed Experience Bachelors degree in business or marketing2-4 years of sales experienceExperience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Skills Highly motivated, aggressive, and able to manage multiple sales opportunitiesCooperative team-player that demonstrates hungry, humble, and smart characterExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skillsExceptional customer service through professional and courteous communication with internal and external customersPrompt, professional, and the ability to pay attention to detail in a technical environmentResourceful, problem-solver, able to prioritize and multitaskReliable attendance, self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision MEIs 50 years in the elevator industry gives us an unparalleled ability to handle both custom and standard elevator projects with ease.
