This position exists to provide front-line customer service to the clientele of Split Rock Lighthouse Historic Site. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing admissions, processing sales, and maintaining the front desk area.
You will also be responsible for:
- Welcome, orient, and receive visitors
- Process sales and store merchandise
- Follow site safety procedures
