As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and utilize your skills to help improve lives. We’re looking for flexible, open-minded, and collaborative individuals to assist with our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, prepare taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Financial management of multiple entities
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- Vendor negotiations and relationship management
- Processing payroll
- Intercompany transfers and reporting
Qualifications:
- Real estate experience a plus
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields required
- Experience with QuickBooks Online required
- Experience current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Management experience a plus
Pay Range:
$50,000-$60,000 annually based on experience

Compensation & Additional Information:
- W2 Role
- $50,000-$60,000 annually based on experience
- 2.5 weeks PTO Provided
- Role will be in-person Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-4:30 pm during training period with potential for remote/hybrid TBD
- Position reports to VP of Operations & Licensing and owners
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
