Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand agency presence across Minnesota.
Provide coaching and mentorship to new and existing agency owners to drive business performance.
Build strong relationships within local communities to support recruitment and brand awareness efforts.
Collaborate with District 54 leadership to meet and exceed growth targets.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (insurance industry experience is a plus).
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for mentoring others.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement growth strategies.
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
