As an Agent in Training, youll gain real-world experience while developing the skills and knowledge needed to run a successful insurance agency. Youll work alongside an established agent and District 54 leaders who are committed to your growth, offering the guidance and tools necessary to thrive in Lakevilles growing market.
What Youll Do
Learn the Business: Gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and agency operations while working with an experienced agent.
Hone Your Skills: Develop expertise in business planning, client relationship management, and insurance solutions with training from the University of Farmers.
Serve Your Community: Build relationships and help clients protect what matters most to them through personalized insurance solutions.
Prepare for Ownership: Receive personalized coaching to transition from Agent in Training to agency ownership in one of Minnesotas most dynamic communities.
