About the Role

As an Agent in Training, youll work alongside experienced professionals to gain a deep understanding of the insurance business. With a mix of in-the-field experience and classroom learning, youll be fully prepared to step into the role of agency owner and make an impact in Otsego and beyond.

What Youll Do

Learn by Experience: Work with a seasoned agent to master sales, customer service, and business management.

Develop Entrepreneurial Skills: Get expert training on marketing, financial planning, and team-building through the University of Farmers.

Engage with the Community: Build relationships with clients and businesses to become a trusted advisor in Otsego.

Work Toward Ownership: Prepare for the transition to owning and running your own Farmers Insurance agency with personalized coaching and support.
