About the Role

As an Agent Apprentice, youll receive hands-on experience and training to build your knowledge and skills. This program serves as a stepping stone to agency ownership, equipping you to develop and grow a successful insurance business backed by a nationally recognized brand.

What Youll Do

Learn the Business: Collaborate with experienced agents to gain expertise in sales, customer service, and agency management.

Develop Key Skills: Hone your abilities in marketing, business planning, and client relationship management through training with the University of Farmers.

Build a Client Network: Identify client needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and foster lasting relationships.

Prepare for Ownership: Receive individualized coaching to transition from apprentice to agency owner in a vibrant market like Minneapolis.
