About the Role

As an Agent Apprentice, youll gain practical experience while working alongside a successful Farmers Insurance agent. Youll develop the skills and confidence needed to transition into owning and operating your own agency, backed by the resources and support of Farmers Insurance.

What Youll Do

Learn the Business: Work with an experienced agent to gain expertise in sales, customer service, and agency management.

Build Key Skills: Develop marketing strategies, business planning, and relationship-building techniques with training from the University of Farmers.

Engage Locally: Build meaningful connections with families and businesses in Cambridge, becoming a trusted advisor in the community.

Prepare for Ownership: Transition from apprentice to agency owner with mentorship, coaching, and support from District 54.

Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growth.

Bring sales, customer service, or business experience (preferred but not required).
