Responsibilities
What Youll Do :
Identify and develop relationships with business owners, providing customized insurance solutions
Consult with clients to assess risk exposure and recommend tailored commercial coverage
Build a strong referral network through business partnerships and local networking
Educate clients on coverage options for property, liability, workers' compensation, auto, and more
Stay ahead of industry trends to provide strategic risk management guidance
Manage your book of business with ongoing client support and retention strategies
Requirement
Who Were Looking For :
Experience in commercial insurance, B2B sales, or risk management preferred (but not required)
A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to develop and execute business development strategies
Insurance licensing or willingness to obtain (we can help guide you through the process)
Salary : $225,000 - $275,000
