What Youll Do as an Insurance Agent :
Own & Operate your own Farmers Insurance agency in Willmar, MN
Sell & Consult on a full range of insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Business, and more)
Develop & Manage a book of business with unlimited earning potential
Engage & Serve the Willmar community by helping individuals and businesses protect their assets
Create & Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
Requirements
Ideal Candidate :
Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for coaching and development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive business results.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing business environments.
Must have or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
