Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized coverage recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions.
Support clients through the claims process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Sales experience or a background in customer service is preferred (insurance experience is a plus but not required).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
