Position Overview :

  • Were seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Solutions Advisor to join our team in Brainerd, MN. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for helping clients identify their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions to protect what matters most to them.     Responsibilities

    Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized coverage recommendations.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

    Educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance.

    Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions.

    Support clients through the claims process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

  • Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements.
  • Requirements

    Ideal Candidate :

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.

    Sales experience or a background in customer service is preferred (insurance experience is a plus but not required).

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

  • Must have or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
