Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the Willmar area.

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to enhance team performance.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and retention.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
