The Deputy Clerk performs administrative work, providing a variety of routine and complex clerical and administrative duties for the Administration Department.Â
Job duties include meeting packet preparation and transcribing meeting minutes, assisting with elections, issuing various city licenses, and other duties as assigned. This position requires efficient organizational skills, computer knowledge, and communication skills.Â
Qualified applicants must be able to work with the public with efficiency and courtesy.Â
The 2025 starting wage is $27.23 per hour.Â
 This position will remain open until filled, with priority given to applications received on or before Monday, April 21, 2025, at 5pm.
