Under the general supervision of the Recreation and Leisure Services Director, the Guest Services Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to community center users and patrons of the Recreation and Leisure Services office.Â
This position is responsible for a variety of customer service-related tasks, such as program registrations, facility rentals, daily community center operations, and supporting the department's administrative functions. General work hours are expected to be 12-6pm, Monday through Friday, in person.
