What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reception/Admin/Drug Testing position at Minnesota Monitoring?
Minnesota Monitoring, Inc. (MMI) is looking for people interested in the field of criminal justice to work in our team orientated environment. MMI specializes in Electronic Home Monitoring and Drug & Alcohol Testing Programs. The position we are looking to hire will manage a caseload of offenders that are monitored on house arrest, alcohol monitoring, and GPS programs. MMI is looking for a full time candidate.
Case management will include handling all aspects of an offenders program from set up to completion. Some tasks include writing violation reports, termination reports, verifying out time, approving schedules, dealing with equipment issues, ensuring payments are made timely, and assisting offenders through the EHM process, etc.
This person will also contact the appropriate individuals/agencies on violations, will set up offenders on the various programs, and will work with offenders in the office and on the telephone.
MMI also performs many types of drug testing for probation and various other organizations and employers. The individual hired will be trained and certified in these programs and will assist with this testing.
Minnesota Monitoring is looking for someone who is customer service orientated, reliable, timely, professional, organized, can effectively multi-task, have great attention to detail, work well with all types of clientele.
Preference may be given to applicants who have Bachelors degree in Criminal justice or similar. Also experience with EHM and or drug testing experience is helpful but not mandatory.
