This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential hall operations and management, including residential life programming, coordination of cleaning services, administering student code of conduct, and placement of residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential life programs and services to ensure a safe, secure, and orderly living environment.
- Coordinate with directors of recruiting, enrollment, and student life to achieve departmental goals.
- Administer student code of conduct and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Supervise resident assistants and provide guidance on student development and support.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field.
- Proven experience in residence life or student affairs.
