Minnesota North Colleges is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Law Enforcement Training Professional to lead the college's Professional Peace Officer Education (PPOE) programs in Hibbing, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement and teaching, with experience in coordinating training programs and managing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing PPOE curriculum, leading training sessions, and overseeing the skills program at Minnesota State University Mankato. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all training meets the standards set by the Minnesota POST board.
We are looking for a candidate who has a bachelor's degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, education, or a related field, and four years of full-time experience in law enforcement, corrections, or a related field. The ideal candidate will also be POST eligible or have equivalent qualifications.
