We combine the best of regenerative medicine, chiropractic care, and functional wellness—all under one roof.
We’re currently looking for a Front Desk Administrator who thrives on connection, has a love for helping people, and can keep our fast-moving clinic running like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Answering phones and fielding patient questions
- Supporting providers across disciplines with patient flow and documentation
- Maintaining a clean, organized front office
- Assisting with intake paperwork and patient records
Loves working with people and creating great first impressions
- Can juggle multiple tasks with 8 arms and a smile
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bonus if you’ve worked in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness setting
- Is ready to jump into a multidisciplinary environment and grow
- Monday – Thursday
8:00 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
- 36–40 hours per week
