Your Role

• Contact potential customers for Minnesota Rusco to schedule in-home appointments for our Sales Team.
• Stay updated on our home remodeling products to improve your success in securing appointments.
• Take on additional hours representing our brand when needed.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Confidence in your ability to communicate in multiple languages (English and Spanish). -REQUIRED
• Experience in call center, sales, or customer service roles.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Strong focus and persistence in a call center environment, even during extended periods of stationary work.
• Detail-oriented follow-up to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
  
  
  

What We Offer

• Training $20 per hour, Regular Pay $18 per hour plus commissions and a monthly bonus
• Full-Time Schedule Monday-Thursday, 10 am-6 pm, and rotating Fridays, 9 am - 4 pm, & Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm.
• Paid Time Off Includes a floating holiday and your birthday as a paid holiday after 90 days.
