We are seeking a skilled 1099 Contractor to specialize in residential window and door installations in the Southern MN territory. This role is perfect for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the chosen field, offering the flexibility of a full-time schedule and support for each project.

Responsibilities

• Manage window and door installations from start to finish.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and in compliance with relevant codes.
• Provide all necessary equipment, materials, and tools to complete projects efficiently.
• Work independently while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the team.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Subject to background check. Must have an LLC and own insurance
• Must have an enclosed trailer or van, brake for bending coil wrap, pump jacks or scaffolding
• Must have 5 years’ experience installing remodel full frame and insert windows and doors.
