We are seeking a skilled 1099 Contractor to specialize in residential bathroom remodels in the Southern MN territory. This role is perfect for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the chosen field, offering the flexibility of a full-time schedule and support for each project.
What We Offer
- Baths Starting at 13% of the contractual value, with potential for 17% upon time period of zero service issues. Average contract is $25,000. Top installers making $250k annually
- Full-time schedule.
- All necessary items provided for the job.
Responsibilities
- Manage bathroom remodel projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and in compliance with relevant codes.
- Provide all necessary equipment, materials, and tools to complete projects efficiently.
- Work independently while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the team.
Qualifications
- Subject to background check, Must have an LLC and insurance
- Must have an enclosed trailer or van.
- Must have 5 years’ experience in the bathroom remodeling field including, wet spaces, flooring and vanity installations as well as complete drywall services.
- Must have a helper.
