We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to manage and confirm scheduled appointments, verify leads, and assist with inbound calls.

What You’ll Do
- Confirm all set appointments according to company policies, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Process and verify inbound leads to ensure they meet company standards before scheduling appointments.
- Handle inbound marketing calls from Minnesota Shower and Bath, RKR, and Minnesota Rusco customers, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate data entry in our system, ensuring all leads and appointments are recorded promptly after home shows and other events.
- Work collaboratively with the call center and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers from initial contact to their scheduled consultation.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 6:15 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:15 PM
