What We Offer:  

• $50,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience, PLUS monthly bonuses.

• Additional benefits available for full-time employees (at least 30 hours per week) include; health Insurance, dental Insurance, vision, company-paid basic life & add, and long -term disability insurance, health saving account, flexible savings account, and voluntary short-term disability Insurance. 
• Paid time off (PTO) and a 401K after 90 days of employment.

However, there is minimal delegation of tasks, and when it is necessary, thorough follow-up is crucial to maintain exceptional work quality and attention to detail. The leadership style needed for this position entails expertise in the field and using that knowledge as a resource to facilitate the learning and advancement of others. 

What You’ll Be Doing:  

• Accurately measure window, door, and siding projects to accurately determine product to be ordered 
• Accurately measure bath projects to accurately determine the product to be ordered  
• Determine the need for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC contractors for each job and list requirements in CRM  
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concerns; determine the cause of each problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
