Minnesota School of Music is looking for motivated, professional music teachers to join the team at our fast-growing Blaine location. More than just a music school, we are a passionate team of mentors committed to empowering youth through personalized, parent-inclusive music lessons. RESPONSIBILITIES
- To deliver personalized, one-on-one 30-minute music lessons using a company-approved curriculum
- To perform duties following company education and customer service standards
- To keep student progress records
- To prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals
- To participate in our student achievement program
- To participate in company Professional Development System

- Full Schedule
- The company pays 50% of employee FICA tax liability (savings of up to $2,115 per year)
- Paid sick leave
- Full-time office staff takes care of all scheduling, billing, and marketing
- 20 hours of PAID training
- Ongoing professional development through our EOS system
