Position Summary : The Superintendent serves as the chief executive officer of the district, responsible for the effective operation of all educational and administrative aspects. This role entails implementing board policies, managing district resources, and providing visionary leadership to promote student achievement, staff development, and community engagement.

Promotes the success of all students facilitating the development, articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community.
Champion innovative instructional strategies to inspire district leaders and educators.
Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by adhering to board-adopted parameters and leading efforts for operating levies.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff and administrative leadership retention, address shortages, and boost staff morale.
Ensure and uphold a fair, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students, with particular attention to those from diverse backgrounds, those facing socio-economic challenges, and those with special needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, parents, and community members.
Exhibit clear and transparent communication skills, both internally and externally.
Strengthen and expand career pathways to ensure students are college and career-ready.
