Education:
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Certifications:
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), CSCCa or equivalent certification required.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sports performance, strength and conditioning, or a related field, preferably with experience working with athletes in a collegiate or professional setting.
Skills and Knowledge:
Hours: This position may require evenings and weekends based on schedule.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to demonstrate exercises and movement techniques as needed. Must be able to lift, carry, and move equipment, as well as stand or walk for extended periods.
Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits: This role will be full-time seasonal, from mid-April through the Lynx season and potential playoffs. Will include an hourly wage of $22/hour with ACA eligibility
Travel: No travel

- Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles, sport-specific training methodologies, and sport science for assessing and monitoring.
- Proficient in using performance analysis tools and software (e.g., ForceDecks, TeamBuildr, Kinexon, Heart Rate Monitor).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with athletes, coaches, and other staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
