Position Summary/Objective
What would you do?
The Game Night Support role involves troubleshooting ticketing issues, setting up scanners, assisting with last-minute orders, and supporting customers with the Timberwolves/AXS app. The position requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, starting 3 hours before tip-off and ending at the 3rd quarter for the Timberwolves and Lynx season. Responsibilities include fraud detection, guest assistance, and group entry support.
This will be a part-time, game night position to last through the Timberwolves and Lynx regular season, and potential playoff seasons.

Compensation & Benefits
This job operates in a professional office environment. In addition to working office hours, staff will be required to work all Wolves home games as well as external events including, but not limited to, charity functions, networking events, etc. Work is both sedentary and active in nature, and the working environment is favorable. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena which includes bleachers/steps as well as moderate to high levels of noise.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, printer and telephone. Staff will frequently ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff may occasionally move objects weighing up to 15 pounds
Travel Position may require travel to external events.

- Assist Box Office in game night trouble shooting and resolution.
- Assist in setting up scanners and printers.
- Knowledge of AXS and Flash resolution preferable.
- Assist with questions and last-minute orders from sales reps via CRM/Teams.
- Help in fraud detection from single game sales.
- Arrival would be 3 hours prior to tip-off. This shift would end at the end of the 3rd quarter.
- Knowledge of the Timberwolves/AXS app and the ability to troubleshoot with guests.
- Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays as necessary.
- Stationed on the skyway level to assist any customers who arrive after halftime.
- Early resolution for group entry.
- Testing voucher seat locators printing.
- Utilize Flash Resolution/Apex/Back Office to solve problems.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and potentially holidays.
