Position Summary/Objective: The Digital Marketing Creator is primarily responsible for video production — including shooting and editing — in support of integrated Marketing campaigns. This individual will also contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy through interviews and supplementary written content.

Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are typically Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00PM. In addition to working office hours staff are required to work Iowa Wolves home games, in addition to external events including but not limited to: charity and networking events. Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps .
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, printer and telephone. Staff will frequently ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff may occasionally move boxes or other items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Travel
Position will require some travel to external events.

Essential Functions

- Shoot and edit video content in a timely manner, including but not limited to content from home games, events, and player appearances.
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing, Social Media Coordinator, Game Presentation Coordinator, and Graphic Designer to develop on-trend, consistent, and high-quality video content, including completing as many revisions as needed to showcase our talent.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns from concept to delivery. Collaborate with sales and partnership marketing departments to fulfill all video requests.
- Keep media, video projects, and deliverables meticulously organized.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency and creativity.
- Ability to manage their time between small and quick projects that have quick turnaround times, to being able focus and drive to bigger and larger projects.
- Ability to produce player, staff, and other interviews as needed, including closed captioning.
- Basic knowledge, and willingness to learn, motion design a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other
- Ability and willingness to be a quick learner
- 1-3 years of video editing experience
- Proficient with the entire Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Detail oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work well on a team and independently
- Energized by a fast-paced & ambiguous environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
