POSITION : SPECIAL EDUCATION DUE PROCESS CLERK - (FTE 1.0)

REPORTS TO : DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL EDUCATION
Description : The Special Education Due Process Clerk will maintain accurate and up-to-date files (computer and hard copy) for all special education students, review incoming records for completeness, and prepare inactive files for archival.
Job Summary :
- Process incoming special education records for case manager use, copy and disseminate the following as requested by certified staff
Notices for team meetings for purposes of evaluation / re-evaluation planning meetings, evaluation / re-evaluation results meetings, intake IEP meetings and annual IEP meetings
Mail to district upon enrollment (within 30 days)

Hours : M-F, school hours
Salary : $27.00 - 30.00 / hr
