What You’ll Do:
- Aid in the planning, and lead the management and execution of all MNUFC2 matchdays.
- Oversee MNUFC2 matchday competition, visiting team and referee logistics, ensuring smooth arrivals, access, and day-of needs.
- Manage MNUFC2 matchday Stadium Operations staff.
- Assist with relationship management for MNUFC2 Sporting Department helping coordinate logistics and event needs. Serve as secondary contact for MLS NEXT Pro Operations and Competition.
- Manage front office matchday experience logistics, including preparation of the Event Guide and participation in MNUFC2 game week planning meetings.
- Assist with vendor coordination across areas such as medical services, security, credentialing, and traffic operations.
- Support Allianz Field stadium events (as needed), assisting the broader Stadium Operations team during larger Club events.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of MNUFC events and operations, including assisting with special projects, cross-departmental initiatives, and event-day problem-solving as needed.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on matchday schedules.
Compensation and Benefits:
Minnesota United FC values the contributions of our team members and is committed to transparency in our compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (non-exempt).
