What You’ll Do:
- Own the Event Experience: Take charge of events from start to finish—booking, planning, coordinating, and executing seamless experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Be the Expert on Allianz Field: Learn every inch of the stadium—its spaces, capabilities, and unique features—so you can create the perfect setup for any event.
- Bring Events to Life: Meet with clients, conduct site visits, and turn ideas into detailed event plans with layouts, rental agreements, and logistics locked in.
- Keep the Wheels Turning: Manage stadium booking software, oversee invoicing, and make sure all details are in place well before event day.
- Lead the Show on Event Day: Welcome clients, coordinate vendors, problem-solve in the moment, and ensure everything runs smoothly from first guest arrival to final teardown.
- Elevate the Tour Experience: Lead engaging full-stadium and special event tours, sharing insider knowledge and MNUFC’s story in a way that excites fans and visitors.
- Build Relationships That Matter: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to create seamless collaborations that enhance every event.
- Spot Opportunities & Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends, attend local networking events, and proactively seek new ways to elevate Allianz Field’s event offerings.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience & Education: 2-3 years of event planning, venue operations, or related experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
Minnesota United FC values the contributions of our team members and is committed to transparency in our compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $49,000 - $54,000 annually, with the final offer based on experience and qualifications.
