Your day as a Patient Account Representative
As a Patient Account Representative at Minnesota Urology P.A., you will play a crucial role in managing patient accounts while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of activities, from addressing incoming business office inquiries to working on patient balance aging reports. You'll update patients' financial statuses and insurance information, post payments, and establish payment arrangements, all while providing outstanding service. Additionally, you will handle the processing of patient refunds and prepare payment deposits, both cash and check.
In this dynamic role, you will also oversee the Drug Assistance Program billing, coordinate Good Faith Estimates, and take on various related duties, making a significant impact on the financial well-being of our patients.
