SUMMARY : We are currently seeking a Mental Health Professional I - Licensed

• to join our Therapy Team (specifically within the outpatient Adult Psychiatry Clinic). This full-time role will be Monday-Friday with the option of one virtual day per week.

• Minimum Qualifications : / Meets criteria for “Mental Health Professional” as defined in MN statuteMaster’s degree in a behavioral health field / Preferred Qualifications : / Experience providing psychotherapy groups and experience working with persons living with mental illness and addiction / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : / Ability to counsel and instruct patients and familiesAbility to recognize and document patient progressAbility to work cooperatively with other members of the multidisciplinary clinical teamAbility to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds including ability to deal objectively with individuals whose attitudes and behaviors differ from her / his ownAbility to read and interpret written instructions, patient charts, and physicians' notesAbility to interpret policies and procedures in an advisory capacityAbility to use computer systems, including electronic medical records, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, etc.) / License / Certifications : / Must be a licensed Mental Health Professional per MN statute – LMFT, LICSW, or LPCCTitle : Mental Health Professional - Licensed (hiring incentive)Location : MN-Minneapolis-Downtown CampusRequisition ID : 242393
