We’re hiring a Part-Time or Full-Time Lifestyle Consultant for our Coon Rapids Center! What You’ll Do as a Lifestyle Consultant
- Inspire and guide clients through weekly one-on-one coaching, using a consultative approach to help them achieve their weight loss and wellness goals.
- Build strong, lasting relationships by listening, problem-solving, and delivering personalized solutions in virtual and in-person settings.
- Achieve results by meeting or exceeding center sales goals while helping clients recognize the value of Livea’s programs and services.
- Empower success with exceptional service, tailored recommendations, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with consultative or relationship-based sales (a strong plus!).
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Livea’s services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with and inspire clients.
- A results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- Must be available to every Friday (7-2pm) and 3 Saturday mornings per month at a minimum. Other hours may be available based on the centers needs in the future.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation: $20/hour or $21/hour for Registered Dietitians.
- This is a Part-Time position or Full-Time position.
- Scheduled needs are a minimum of Fridays (7-1pm) and 3 Saturdays per month (7-12pm).
- Paid training to become a Certified Livea Lifestyle Consultant.
