Description :
The WomanWoRX Exercise Specialist is responsible for providing quality care to patients and customers. The Exercise specialist will work 1-1 with collaborative care patients, lead exercise consults and focus on providing great customer care. This position must have strong communication skills, knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and the ability to be adaptable in a fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities :
Conduct 1 : 1 strength training with patients
Work closely with Physical Therapists to ensure collaboration in care
Product Development within collaborative care, fitness and beyond
Strong Customer Service skills
Teamwork and Development
Demonstrates the ability to be proactive, supportive, and collaborative.
Share knowledge, promote positivity, and take personal responsibility for your professional development.
Demonstrates the ability to seek and value open, honest communication and constructive feedback promptly.

Requirements :
Essential Functions and Qualifications
Punctuality and adherence to schedule are necessary.
A positive attitude and passion for health & wellness is a must!
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
A degree in kinesiology or exercise science, or a minimum of ten years in fitness training experience required.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and mindfulness.
Effective communication skills to interact professionally.
Prior experience in a healthcare facility and / or fitness / wellness studio.
Ability to oversee confidential and sensitive information
Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology or exercise science.
Nationally recognized personal training certificate preferred.
