POSITION SUMMARY:

As our premium vacation rental portfolio continues to expand, we're seeking a meticulous and detail-driven individual to help showcase our properties at their very best. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Pre-Listing Inventory Inspections and Onboarding Tasks: You’ll meticulously manage and document property inventories, ensuring every item is perfectly in place for our guests. Your keen eye for detail will help prepare our properties not only to meet but exceed guest expectations.
- Visual Documentation: With your help, we’ll create comprehensive photo logs of our pre-listing photo inspections. Your detailed nature will help document the unique elements of each property, helping to uphold our high standards of quality.
- Listing Support: You’ll make sure our properties on our listing platforms are looking good for our potential guests, ensuring that no details get missed.
- General Support: You’ll be the go-to person for various onboarding tasks, providing steady and reliable support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee onboarding of new rental properties from start to finish
- Hold team members accountable for tasks as related to onboarding
- Manage rental listings on a variety of platforms including, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and more.
- Miscellaneous tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Interest in hospitality/real estate
- Ability to interact professionally with contractors, owners, and city administrators
- Self starter, able to work independently
- Familiarity with Gantt, TRACK, Breezeway, Excel Spreadsheets, and Airbnb preferred.
- Strong follow through

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $19.00 - $20.25 based on experience and achievement
