As a Recreation Archery Leader, you will provide leadership and coaching to participants, following NASP guidelines. Your duties will include setting up and maintaining a safe and organized practice environment, while promoting sportsmanship and respect among team members. Collaborate with assistant coaches to ensure the success of the program.

- Certification or willingness to become NASP certified in coaching archery is required.
- Prior experience in archery is preferred, as well as successful coaching experience and the ability to teach fundamental skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and respectful attitude is essential, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
