What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boys Volleyball Prep Team Head Coach position at Minnetonka Public Schools?
- Coach volleyball participants in evening activities (6:00-9:00pm) up to three night per week.
- Help all players develop to their full potential.
- Support and promote Minnetonka Community Education and Minnetonka Volleyball’s philosophies regarding player development.
- Implement program goals and guidelines.
- Effectively communicate practice and game schedules with parents and participants.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Promote respect for officials, opposing coaches, visiting teams, parents, fans, students, athletes, and administrators.
- Ensure that all participants follow MCE and Minnetonka School district guidelines for code of conduct.
- Extensive volleyball knowledge
- Evidence of successful coaching experience,
- Ability to teach fundamental skills
