Your role will include:
- Develop and lead an enriching child care program
- Supervise staff and students
- Ensure safety during school and field trip activities
- Maintain compliance with documentation
- Support after-school enrichment
- Foster positive relationships with staff, parents, and district personnel
- Ensure a safe, caring environment and perform related duties as needed
Location:
- Groveland Elementary
Shift time:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, 12 months per year
- School Year: Split shift 6:30-9:30 a.m. and 1:00-6:00 p.m.
- Non- School Days & Summer: Straight 8-hour shift
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting at $25.40/hour
- Health and dental benefits
Qualifications:
- BA, BS, or AA in a related field, or 2 years of college with 18 months of experience in school-age care
- Proven experience in childcare or education, with leadership experience
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Completion of CCAP required training before starting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and a track record of punctuality
